(methodologies and practices of regional development)”
June 10-11, 2013

The International theoretical and practical conference “The crossroads of the North and the East (methodologies and practices of regional development)” will be held at North-Eastern State University on the 10th-11th of June, 2013.

More than 100 leading scientists, young researchers, practitioners, the workers from federal, regional and municipal bodies of administration and government, Russian and foreign universities’ specialists and business representatives have already agreed to take part in the conference.

The objective of the conference – the discussion of concept fundamentals and experience of the regional development programs’ realization; consideration of the results of innovative activity; analysis of scientific and educational projects aimed at improving and harmonization of Russian internal and foreign affairs in economy, social, cultural and other spheres in the conditions of border territories co-development of Russia, China, the USA and Japan.

The participants can present their reports, take part in the discussions, presentations and publish their materials.

The organizational committee of the conference has already been asked to make the deadline for receiving applications and materials for the conference on the 20th of April, 2013.
